What the tool does—and stops short of doing
CSV Rescue performs exact matching after the rules you select. It does not guess that similar names, addresses, phone numbers, or emails belong to the same person. It does not connect to a database, merge fields, validate identities, or replace a source-system backup. Review both exports before changing live records.
Data stays in this browser unless you download it or choose Save locally. Saved inputs are unencrypted and visible to anyone using the same browser profile.
